Terms
All bookings must be secured within 7 days of reservation with a deposit of 50%
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within less then 30 days payment must be in full at time of booking. During peak seasons, final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival or immediately if the booking is made in less than 60 days prior to arrival.
Deposits and final payments are non-refundable, however, bookings may be changed, if necessary, to be used within the twelve month period.
