Unwind in your own private luxury garden - view to exclusive Bali villa holiday accommodation
A visitor to Bali purchased a lovely gift for her host's pembantu (maid), who smiled and tucked the gift into her pocket; there was no thank you, just a gracious smile.
The visitor was later told by her host that it is a Balinese believe that the person giving is the one who receives the most joy, and is the one to say thank you for the 'joy of giving'.
